Who did the animation for Walk with Bashir?
8eo says
It’s interesting that you’ve mixed VFX companies in with animation houses. Are they all the same? Studio Ghibli makes original content for their own productions. The core difference is that companies like MPC are not original content creators, they don’t produce shows. Such companies bid on projects and produce required VFX for the projects. Should there not be a clearer distinction made to not mislead the layman? Noted omissions include companies such as Jim Hensons, Spin Master, Nelvana, Corus Entertainment which owns Toon boom which is used by over 80% of the animation industry. As such, this is a very peculiar list. Not to mention how many dead companies are listed as well, such as Blue Sky. I appreciate the effort you put into making this list, but there are problems with it. Sincerely 8eo
